Returns Policy

  • You can return any of our products for ANY reason within 14 days of receiving it (return shipping fee not included) for a refund.  Unfortunately It should be noted that any items on sale (reduced from original price) part of a Black Friday / Closing Down / Sample Sale will not be eligible for return and all sales will be final.
                                                                   
  • The product(s) must remain in unused and original condition. If we receive a damage or used product we will be unable to process your return.                                                                                                                                                                               
  • If you wish to return or exchange a product please contact us as soon as possible on sales@theluxurywatchbrand.com If an exchange is not possible then a store credit will be issued.                                                                                                                                       
  • Any unauthorised returns or returns we receive without prior notice will not be able to be processed.                                                                                   
  • If the product was free shipping, the shipping fee that we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
  • A return shipping label may be provided and this will be deducted from your refund once the return is inspected and accepted.
