1. Where are you based?

We are based in the United Kingdom.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally with free worldwide* delivery on orders over £100. Any orders under this amount shipping will be quoted at checkout.

 

3. Do your products have a warranty?

Yes, all of our products have a 1 year warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer defects. Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. You can find more information about the warranty on our Terms and Conditions page.

 

4. What is your return policy?
You can return any of our products for ANY reason within 14 days of receiving it (return shipping fee not included) for a refund. The product(s) must remain in unused and original condition. If we receive a damage or used product we will be unable to process your return. If you wish to return or exchange a product please contact us as soon as possible on sales@theluxurywatchbrand.com If an exchange is not possible then a store credit will be issued. Any unauthorised returns or returns we receive without prior notice will not be able to be processed. If the product was free shipping, the shipping fee that we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
5. Why is my order delayed?

As the ongoing global pandemic is affecting each country differently there may be some delays, also sometimes our courier service, public holidays and festive periods can cause delays we aim to get your product to you as soon as possible.

6. Do you accept international credit cards

Yes we accept all major international credit cards..

7. Do you charge sales tax on your products?

When ordering from a business in the United Kingdom, all sales taxes (if any) are already included in the displayed price, no additional tax is paid to us. However, your country may charge you tax/toll or handling fees.

 

8. What are the international Tax/Duties etc i have to pay?

That depends on your country. If you are in the United Kingdom no, however elsewhere we suggest you check with your local tax/import authorities before ordering. As we will not be liable for any Tax/Duty etc.

 

9. What do i do if i believe my product if defective or damaged?

Please contact us at the earliest opportunity if you notice something wrong with your product. We may require video and or images of the damage/defect.

 

10. How do i unsubscribe from the VIP club?

You can always unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of all our emails.
